Matthew entered the Commercial Real Estate realm in 2018, leaving behind a career in the Public Sector. Matthew has worked alongside a diverse group of people and has demonstrated an ability to effectively communicate with people of varying abilities and backgrounds. Matthew has quickly acclimated himself to the Commercial Real Estate market, having assisted in both the sale and lease of Commercial Real Estate Properties in the Cleveland area.
Matthew has been applying his marketing aptitude and creative abilities while strengthening Green Bridge Real Estate’s Marketing campaigns and strategies. With deep community ties, continuing education, and extensive professional experiences, Matthew is quickly learning the Commercial Real Estate Market and demonstrating himself as a valued asset to the Green Bridge Real Estate team.
Matthew has been a lifelong resident of the Cleveland area. Growing up in Strongsville and graduating from Strongsville Senior High School, Matthew has a long-time connection to the Cleveland area. Matthew then enrolled in Bowling Green State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree. Following BGSU, Matthew attended Cuyahoga Community College and attained a Post Degree Certificate in Paralegal Studies, which in tune led him to working in the legal field. His knowledge and legal experience in transactional Real Estate and his knowledge of the Greater Cleveland area has prepared him to succeed in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
While not focused on Professional endeavors, Matthew enjoys spending quiet time at home. Matthew is an avid animal supporter and a proud Father to three wonderful dogs. Matthew enjoys walking his dogs while taking advantage of the beautiful Cleveland Metroparks. Additional interests include gardening, athletics, outdoor activities, and all things Cleveland.
